This course is an elementary level English course for students wishing to learn English as a Foreign or second Language. The Level 1 course is equivalent to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) A1 level and covers many areas of basic grammar and useful vocabulary. The lessons have a strong focus on communication and pronunciation.  By the end of each lesson you will be able to create personalised sentences which will be relevant to your life.

Each lesson consists of an original video lesson (about 15 minutes) and a worksheet containing notes on grammar and vocabulary as well as practice exercises.

There will be a new lesson added every 2 weeks.

Lesson 1 – The Verb ‘to be’ and Jobs

Lesson 4 – Useful Vocabulary for Work & Talking About Possession

Length: 25 minutes

Lesson 6 – Pronunciation: The Vowel Sounds in English

Length: 30 minutes

Lesson 6 will help you with your pronunciation of sounds in the English language so that you say words and phrases correctly. The focus is on everyday words.
