Sandford English terms of service for affiliates and partners
Sandford English provides a personalized subscription service that allows subscribers to access English Language lessons and learning resources (“Sandford English content”) streamed, delivered or downloaded over the Internet to personal computers and other devices.
1.1. Sandford English affiliation will continue until terminated by either party. As an affiliated partner you are able to sell Sandford English subscriptions to English learners on behalf of Sandford English using the affiliate link and promotional materials made available to you when you affiliate. Depending on the nature of the affiliation you may be eligible to earn commission on the sales of the subscriptions. Any commission plan will be specified to you by Sandford English at the point of affiliation. After you have registered for affiliation Sandford English will consider your application within 14 days and either accept or reject the affiliation and inform you of any commission plan. We may offer a number of plans, including special promotional plans. Some plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you. You can find specific details regarding your Sandford English membership by visiting your affiliation profile on the Sandford English website.
2. Payments and Cancellation
2.1. Commission payments. The commission payments for the Sandford English affiliate programme will be made to your PayPal account once the commission level for each subscriber has been earned. You will need to enter you PayPal email address within the Sandford English website in order to receive your payments. Payments will continue to be made for new subscribers until the affiliation is cancelled. Any money left owing for new subscribers that were brought on by the partner before cancellation will still be made even if the commission level is reached after cancellation. Commission payments will only be made once a month for all those payments that have become due for the previous month. Visit our website and visit your affiliation page to see how many subscribers you have brought on to the platform, those for which commission has been paid and those for which commission is still due.
2.2. Payment Methods. To use the Sandford English affiliate partner programme you must have a PayPal account to receive commissions for the subscriptions and you must provide Sandford English with your account details to enable us to make the commission payments. PayPal may charge transaction fees or add taxes. Check with PayPal for details.
2.3. Updating your Payment Methods. You can update your PayPal account details in your affiliate partner page on SandfordEnglish.com.
2.4. Cancellation. Either party can cancel the affiliation at any time, and you will be paid for any commissions left owing. To cancel, go to the “Account” page and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your affiliation, your account will automatically close once all commissions have been paid.
2.5. Changes to the Commission Plans. We may change our commission plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your plans will apply to subsequent billing cycles only following notice of the change(s) to you.
3. Sandford English Service
3.1. You must be 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province, territory or country, to become an affiliate of the Sandford English service. Minors may only use the service under the supervision of an adult.
3.2. The Sandford English service and any content viewed through the service are for personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals beyond a household. Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Sandford English service and view Sandford English content. Except for the foregoing, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to the subscribers. The service is not to be used for public performances.
3.3 All content on the site and the Sandford English service are the property of Sandford Press Limited. Becoming an affiliated partner does not give the affiliate partner any right of ownership of the service or the content on the service. Full ownership of the content and the service will remain the right of Sandford Press Limited in all languages and media throughout the World.
3.3. The Sandford English service, including the content library, is regularly updated. In addition, we continually test various aspects of our service, including our website, user interfaces, promotional features and availability of Sandford English content.
3.5. The quality of the display of the Sandford English content may vary from device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through and/or speed of your Internet connection. HD availability is subject to your Internet service and device capabilities. You are responsible for all Internet access charges. Please check with your Internet provider for information on possible Internet data usage charges. The time it takes to begin watching and reading Sandford English content will vary based on a number of factors, including your location, available bandwidth at the time, the content you have selected and the configuration of your Sandford English ready device.
4. Passwords and Account Access.
The affiliate partner who created the Sandford English account (the “Account Owner”) has access and control over the Sandford English account and the Sandford English ready devices that are used to access our service and is responsible for any activity that occurs through the Sandford English account. To maintain control over the account and to prevent anyone from accessing the account (which would include information on viewing history for the account), the Account Owner should maintain control over the Sandford English ready devices that are used to access the service and not reveal the password or other details associated with the account to anyone. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account. We can terminate your account or place your account on hold in order to protect you, Sandford English or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity.

5.5. Electronic Communications. We will send you information relating to your account (e.g. payment authorizations, commissions, changes in password or Payment Method, confirmation messages, notices) in electronic form only, for example via emails to your email address provided during registration.
