The Sandford English courses cover an elementary and intermediate level of English with three courses for students wishing to learn English as a Foreign or second Language. The Level 1 to Level 3 courses are equivalent to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) at A1, A2 and B1 levels and cover many areas of grammar and useful vocabulary at a basic and intermediate level. The lessons have a strong focus on communication and pronunciation. Each lesson is designed to focus on a specific area of language learning to improve all areas of communication and in a way which will be relevant to your life.
IELTS – if you are studying for the IELTS course and exams you will find much of the content that we provide useful and will help prepare you for the exam. We have highlighted which lessons will be particularly useful.
Each lesson consists of an original video lesson (about 15 minutes) and a worksheet containing notes on grammar and vocabulary as well as practice exercises.
There will be a new lesson added every 2 weeks. Levels 1 and 2 are complete.
